There are many components to an effective quality program.Each program needs to have elements of monitoring the basic procedures and processes that are inherent to a comprehensive rehabilitative program. Elements such as timely screenings and evaluation, timely and accurate documentation, and many other such important indicators assure the basic structures are in place and functioning to the highest potential.

In addition to the basic elements of a quality program there needs to be a component that is designed to identify and track the cutting edge difference between adequate vs. exceptional rehabilitation programs. This aspect of the quality program measures patient outcomes of various treatment modalities on specific disease processes, the improvement measurements from the start to completion of treatment, and focuses on customer service quality indicators that provide the exciting and unexpected level of service to our clients
