Excella Healthcare is currently seeking an experience, highly skilled clinican to oversee and manage operations throughtout various Assisted Living communities that we serve throughout East Haven, Hamden, Woodbridge and Milford CT.
Job Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the guidance and assistance of all therapy staff in designated region, maintaining productivity and caseload requirements, insuring overall program satisfaction within all assigned ALF’s through program maintenance, frequent visits and communication with key personnel, along with the tracking of all new and existing patients on caseload with Excella.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years in a management role overseeing PT/OT
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid PT/OT License in the state of CT.
- Homecare/Outpatient experience is s plus.
