Excella Homecare, Inc is currently seeking a RN/ Registered Nurse to fulfill the duties of Clinical Area Manager in various Assisted Living communities. The candidate will be responsible for the direct clinical supervision of the area homecare nurses and for the oversight of all clinical staff for case management to insure quality care, monitor utilization, and positive outcomes.
Job Qualifications:
Baccalaureate degree in Nursing is required; a Masters in Nursing, Public Health Care Management or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum of three (3) years experience in home health care, with knowledge of certification, and reimbursement regulations.
Evidence of leadership qualities and effective communication skills.
Ability to relate and work well with others within each level of authority and responsibility.
